Synapsin-1 (D12G5) XP® Rabbit mAb (Alexa Fluor® 647 Conjugate) detects endogenous levels of total synapsin protein. The antigen is 100% conserved between human synapsin-1a and synapsin-1b.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 647 fluorescent dye and tested in-house for direct immunofluorescent analysis in mouse and rat tissues. The antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated Synapsin-1 (D12G5) XP® Rabbit mAb #5297.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Gln483 of human synapsin-1 protein.
