Phospho-Met (Tyr1234/1235) (D26) XP® 兔单抗 (PE Conjugate) 能够检测只有当 Tyr1234/1235处磷酸化时的内源性水平的Met蛋白。Phospho-Met (Tyr1234/1235) (D26) XP® Rabbit mAb (PE Conjugate) detects endogenous levels of Met only when phosphorylated at Tyr1234/1235. The use of this antibody for flow cytometry is only recommended for cells over expressing phospho-Met (Tyr1234/1235).This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to phycoerythrin (PE) and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry analysis in human cells. The antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated Phospho-Met (Tyr1234/1235) (D26) XP® Rabbit mAb #3077.
