LC3B (D11) XP® Rabbit mAb (Biotinylated) 兔单抗能够识别内源性LC3B总蛋白。与LC3其他亚型会发生交叉反应。与LC3B的类型II发生强烈反应。与啮齿类的LC3B发生较微弱的反应。该CST公司抗体在更佳条件下与生物素结合。此种生物素化的抗体与未结合生物素的LC3B (D11) XP® Rabbit mAb 兔单抗#3868具有同源交叉反应。LC3B (D11) XP® Rabbit mAb (Biotinylated) detects endogenous levels of total LC3B protein. Cross-reactivity may occur with other LC3 isoforms. Stronger reactivity is observed with the type II form of LC3B. Weaker reactivity is observed with rodent LC3B.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to biotin under optimal conditions. The biotinylated antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated LC3B (D11) XP® Rabbit mAb #3868.
