FGF Receptor 1 (D8E4) XP® 兔单抗 (PE标记)能够检测内源性的总FGF受体蛋白1的水平，该抗体并不会与其它FGF受体家族成员产生交叉反应。该Cell Signaling Technology抗体与藻红蛋白（PE）结合，内部测试用人细胞进行直标流式细胞分析。该抗体与未结合的FGF Receptor 1 (D8E4) XP® 兔单抗#9740预期表现出同一物种的交叉反应。FGF Receptor 1 (D8E4) XP® Rabbit mAb (PE Conjugate) detects endogenous levels of total FGF receptor 1 protein. This antibody does not cross-react with other FGF receptor family members.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to phycoerythrin (PE) and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry analysis in human cells. The antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated FGF Receptor 1 (D8E4) XP® Rabbit mAb #9740.
