FoxP3 (D6O8C) 兔单抗 (Alexa Fluor® 488 偶联) 能够检测内源性的总FoxP3 蛋白。FoxP3 (D6O8C) Rabbit mAb (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) recognizes endogenous levels of total FoxP3 protein.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 fluorescent dye and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry analysis in human cells. The antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated FoxP3 (D6O8C) Rabbit mAb #12632.
