Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Monkey, Dog, Pig。c-Myc (D84C12) XP® Rabbit mAb (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) detects endogenous levels of total c-Myc protein. This antibody is not recommended for detection of Myc-tagged fusion proteins; for detection of Myc-tagged fusion proteins use Myc-Tag (9B11) Mouse mAb (Alexa Fluor® 488 Conjugate) #2279.This Cell Signaling Technology antibody is conjugated to Alexa Fluor® 488 fluorescent dye and tested in-house for direct flow cytometry analysis in human cells. The antibody is expected to exhibit the same species cross-reactivity as the unconjugated c-Myc (D84C12) XP® Rabbit mAb #5605.
