This antibody does not cross-react with CDCP1 phosphorylated at Tyr734, Tyr743, or Tyr806, but may cross react with other phospho-tyrosine containing proteins. The identity of the 80 kDa band in the Cub1 antibody treated ZR-75-1 cell extract is not known.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr707 of human CDCP1 protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
