Phospho-Rad50 (Ser635) Antibody recognizes endogenous levels of Rad50 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser635.Polyclonal antibodies are produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser635 of human Rad50 protein. Antibodies are purified by protein A and peptide affinity chromatography.
