Phospho-RIP2 (Ser176) (E1I9J) Rabbit mAb recognizes endogenous levels of RIP2 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser176. This antibody also cross-reacts with unidentified proteins of approximately 25 kDa and 38 kDa in some cell lines.Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic phosphopeptide corresponding to residues surrounding Ser176 of human RIP2 protein.
