DNP（2,4,二硝基苯）半抗原偶联羧甲基氨基乙酯-聚蔗糖(AminoEthylCarboxyMethyl-FICOLL , AECM-FICOLL)，是一个高分子量的多糖。半抗原-聚蔗糖偶联物作为一类T不依赖型抗原，用于研究B淋巴细胞活化。
DNP (2,4,Dinitrophenyl) hapten is conjugated to AminoEthylCarboxyMethyl-FICOLL (AECM-FICOLL), a high molecular weight polysaccharide. Hapten-FICOLL conjugates are useful as T-independent antigens for studying B lymphocyte activation.(1)

Product Usage:
This product can be dissolved in PBS buffer, water or other neutral buffers at a concentration of 1mg/mL. Product may precipitate when stored in solution, therefore it is recommended to centrifuge the solutions briefly before use and use only the supernatant. Store solution in aliquots at -20°C. Protect from light. Conjugation is determined at 360 nm using 1.74 x 10E+04 as the extinction coefficient of DNP and is given as a molar ratio of DNP to ACEM Ficoll assuming the molecular weight of AECM Ficoll is 400,000.
