The antibody cross-reacts with other Src family members (Lyn, Fyn, Lck, Yes and Hck) dephosphorylated at equivalent sites.Species predicted to react based on 100% sequence homology: Chicken, Xenopus。Monoclonal antibody is produced by immunizing animals with a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr416 of human Src.
